Bookings and consultation

You will be required to share your design inspiration, event date, and any relevant details about your
desired garment.

To secure your production slot, a non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required. This amount will
be credited toward the final balance of your dress.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will schedule a video consultation to discuss your design in
detail, take your measurements, review fabric and embellishment options, and finalize all
specifications.

Our goal is to ensure that every detail is carefully tailored to your vision, providing a seamless and
personalized couture experience from consultation to delivery.

Production Timeline
Production timelines vary depending on the complexity, design details, and customization
requirements of your garment.

Orders typically require between 1 and 15 weeks for production. Your estimated production timeline
will be discussed and confirmed during your consultation.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure sufficient time for production and
delivery before your event.

Payment & Production Process
To commence production of your custom garment, a minimum payment of 70% of the total order value is required.
The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery of your order.

We offer flexible payment plans, allowing payments to be split into 2–4 installments, scheduled
biweekly or at agreed intervals based on your event date.

Once 50% of the total order value has been received and your fabric selection has been confirmed,
we will begin sourcing and purchasing the required materials. Production of your garment will
officially commence once the 70% payment threshold has been met.

An invoice will be issued and sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

Communication
All communication is conducted via email or WhatsApp to ensure clear and accurate record-
keeping.

Once your order is confirmed, we will keep you informed throughout every stage of the process—
from fabric selection and production to the final delivery of your garment.

Pricing & Quotations
To receive a personalized quotation, please send your inspiration photos along with your budget via
email, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp.

Once we review your design preferences, customization requirements, and event timeline, we will
provide a detailed quotation tailored to your request.

Fabric & Customization.
Due to high demand, specific fabrics may not be available at all times and patterns may vary
depending on when you order. We will send you available options to approve before we begin; by
continuing, you agree to this process. For custom colors or measurements, please add an order
note at check out or update your preferences on the post-payment form.
