Due to the custom nature of our work, we maintain a strict cancellation and return policy.

Store Credit Eligibility
Annahbrown offers store credit only for eligible returns under the following conditions:
–  You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return authorization. Returns
must be approved before any item is shipped back.
–  Approved returns must be shipped within 3 business days of authorization using a trackable
shipping method.
–  Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags
attached.
–  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:
–  Custom or made-to-order items, including custom colors and custom sizing.
–  Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
–  Items with fabric tears, stains, or fit-related damage resulting from wear, misuse, or incorrect
measurements provided by the customer.
–  Sale, clearance, or final-sale items.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
