My prom is coming up soon. Will my dress arrive on time?
We will do our best to accommodate your event date whenever possible. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether your timeline is achievable based on production requirements and shipping schedules.
Can you create a dress inspired by a photo I send?
Yes. We specialize in custom-made designs and can create evening gowns, prom dresses, wedding dresses, jumpsuits, costumes, and other special-occasion wear inspired by your reference images.
Pricing depends on factors such as fabric selection, lace, embellishments, beading, embroidery, and the overall complexity of the design. While we can recreate most styles, we also incorporate Annahbrown’s signature craftsmanship to create a unique garment tailored to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
How do I know the price of a dress?
Send us a photo of the design you are interested in, and we will provide an estimated price range.
During your consultation, any additional customizations, embellishments, fabric upgrades, or design modifications may affect the final price.
How long is processing time?
Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design and the details required.
Custom and made-to-order garments have varying production timelines, which will be communicated before production begins.
Ready-to-ship items are available for immediate purchase and are typically delivered within 14–21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Flexible payment plans may be available for eligible orders. Orders will not enter production until the required deposit has been received. Please contact us directly to discuss available options.
What if I provide incorrect measurements?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We strongly recommend reviewing our measurement guide carefully before submitting measurements.
Fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer may not qualify for returns, refunds, or store credit.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Are your dresses ready to ship?
Not all of our dresses are ready to ship. Most designs are custom-made or made-to-order.
However, we do maintain a limited selection of ready-to-ship pieces. If you provide your size, budget, and event date, we can recommend available options and advise whether a custom order can be completed in time for your occasion.
